Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On

Lately I have spent a lot of time thinking about the Jimmy Buffett song, "Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On".  It is sound advice.  I made a sign with that written on it that I placed by my monitor as a visual reminder not to stress.  Sometimes I just need a reminder that the past is gone.  I can't change it.  There is no sense spending too much time dwelling on it.  Best to just start fresh and move on.

In the song Jimmy sings about the devastation of Katrina.  As a single girl I lived in New Orleans for two years.  I confess it was not my favorite of the various places I have lived.  However, I felt such a sadness when Katrina hit a few years after I had moved away. There is no city quite like New Orleans.

Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On

 Bought a cheap watch from a crazy man

Floating down canal.

It doesn't use numbers or moving hands.
